Theresa Ranciato-Viele brings 10 years of Real Estate experience to Press/Cuozzo Realtors along with 15 years of experience related to her involvement in planning and zoning in the town of North Haven.
She finds working with clients challenging and rewarding – helping buyers find just the right homes, and negotiating for sellers to insure they receive the best prices for their properties. She works step by step, guiding each client through each process of buying or selling, using her extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate market.
A life-long resident of North Haven, she knows the town and surrounding communities well. Theresa has held several elected positions in town and has been a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission since 2009. She has served as a moderator at North Haven Town Meetings; as a third selectman, and as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
In addition, Theresa has been an active member of the North Haven Rotary Club, having served as president from 2006-2007, and as chairperson on several committees. She holds a number of awards for her community service: Community Star Award, North Haven Education Foundation, 2009; Athena Award, Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, 2009; and the Beacon Award, Shoreline Press, 2015.
Theresa also is a volunteer for the National Marrow Donor Program and the Eli Whitney Museum Jack Viele Scholarship Fund and has been a Big Sister for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program.
